How to Request Deletion

Subject line: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

• The email address linked to your account

• Your phone number linked to your account, if any

• Your username, if available

• A short statement confirming that you want your account deleted

Example:
Please delete my Celebrity Response account and associated personal data. My email is [your email] and my username is [your username].

What We Delete
When your request is verified and approved, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your Celebrity Response account from our active systems, including:

• Profile details such as username, bio, and account information

• Account preferences and settings

• User-submitted content associated with your account, where applicable

• Other personal data tied directly to your account

What We May Keep
Some data may be retained for a limited period where required for:

• Legal compliance

• Fraud prevention and platform safety

• Payment, tax, chargeback, or dispute resolution

• Enforcement of our terms and security obligations

This may include:

• Transaction records

• Payout or billing records

• Support correspondence

• Security and audit logs

Retention Period
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Certain records may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate safety, fraud-prevention, financial, or compliance reasons.

Important Note
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your Celebrity Response account.
