Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (this "Policy") governs your access to and use of the Celebrity Response platform, located at https://celebrityresponse.app (the "Platform"), operated by Celebrity Response LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Celebrity Response," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including regular users ("Users") and content creators who monetize their presence on the Platform ("Creators"). Users and Creators are collectively referred to as "you" or "your."

This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Celebrity Response Terms of Service (the "Terms of Service"). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control unless this Policy expressly states otherwise.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Overview and Scope
   1. This Policy sets forth the rules and guidelines that govern acceptable use of the Platform. Its purpose is to ensure a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all Users and Creators.
   2. This Policy supplements the User Conduct provisions set forth in Section 4 of the Terms of Service. All conduct prohibited under Section 4 of the Terms of Service is equally prohibited under this Policy.
   3. Celebrity Response reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Policy on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
   4. You are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically. Failure to review this Policy does not excuse non-compliance.
2. Prohibited Content
   1. You shall not post, upload, share, stream, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Platform any content that falls within the categories described in this Section 2.
   2. Illegal Content

Content that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation, content that promotes, facilitates, or constitutes illegal activity of any kind.

• 1. Copyright-Infringing Content

Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party is prohibited. This includes unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of copyrighted material. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please refer to the DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure set forth in Section 8 of the Terms of Service.

• 1. Explicit and Harmful Material

Content that is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit in a manner that violates Platform guidelines is prohibited. Content depicting graphic violence, gore, or other material that is intended to shock, disgust, or disturb is also prohibited.

• 1. Hate Speech and Discriminatory Content

Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, the use of slurs, dehumanizing language, symbols associated with hate groups, and calls for exclusion or segregation.

• 1. Doxxing and Privacy Violations

Publishing, posting, or threatening to disclose another person's private or personal information without their consent is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, financial information, government-issued identification numbers, and any other information that could be used to identify, locate, or contact an individual.

• 1. Dangerous Misinformation

Content that spreads demonstrably false information that poses a serious risk of harm is prohibited. This includes, without limitation:

• • 1. health misinformation that could lead to physical harm, including false claims about medical treatments, vaccines, or public health emergencies;
    2. election misinformation, including false information about voting procedures, dates, eligibility, or results intended to suppress participation or undermine confidence in electoral processes; and
    3. misinformation that incites violence or panic, including fabricated emergencies or false reports of imminent threats.
  1. Self-Harm and Dangerous Behavior

Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders is prohibited. Content that depicts or encourages dangerous challenges, stunts, or activities that could result in serious physical injury or death is also prohibited. Celebrity Response may provide crisis resources to users who encounter or post such content.

• 1. Violence, Terrorism, and Extremism

Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, or extremist ideologies is prohibited. This includes, without limitation:

• • 1. content that depicts or promotes acts of terrorism or violent extremism;
    2. content produced by or on behalf of designated terrorist organizations;
    3. content that recruits individuals for violent extremist groups or activities; and
    4. content that provides instructions for committing acts of violence or manufacturing weapons.
  1. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

Sharing, distributing, or threatening to distribute intimate, sexual, or nude images or videos of any individual without that individual's explicit consent is strictly prohibited. This includes both real imagery and synthetic or digitally altered imagery (such as deepfakes) depicting identifiable individuals in intimate contexts.

• 1. Child Safety

Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the exploitation of minors in any way is strictly prohibited and subject to zero tolerance enforcement. Celebrity Response will immediately remove such content and report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable law enforcement agencies. This includes, without limitation:

• • 1. child sexual abuse material of any kind;
    2. content that sexualizes minors;
    3. content that facilitates contact between adults and minors for the purpose of exploitation; and
    4. content that depicts minors in dangerous or harmful situations.
  1. Spam and Deceptive Content

Content that is deceptive, misleading, or designed to artificially attract engagement is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, clickbait content that misrepresents the nature of linked material, misleading thumbnails or previews, and bulk or automated posting of repetitive content.

1. Abuse and Harassment
   1. You shall not engage in any of the conduct described in this Section 3 when using the Platform.
   2. Harassment and Bullying

Harassment, bullying, and intimidation of other Users or Creators is prohibited. This includes, without limitation:

• • 1. repeated unwanted contact, messaging, or interactions after being asked to stop;
    2. directing degrading, humiliating, or threatening comments at individuals;
    3. organizing or participating in coordinated campaigns to target, shame, or harass an individual;
    4. sharing content that is intended to mock, ridicule, or demean an individual; and
    5. persistent unwelcome behavior that creates a hostile environment for another user.
  1. Celebrity and Public Figure Impersonation

Given the nature of the Platform, impersonation of celebrities and public figures is treated with particular seriousness. You shall not:

• • 1. create or operate an account that impersonates a real celebrity, public figure, or notable individual without that individual's express written authorization;
    2. use the name, likeness, image, or other identifying attributes of a celebrity or public figure in a manner intended to deceive other users into believing you are that individual or are authorized to act on their behalf; or
    3. use impersonation to solicit subscriptions, paid interactions, Deals, or other transactions.

Parody, fan, or commentary accounts referencing celebrities or public figures are permitted only if they are clearly and prominently labeled as such in the account name and biography (for example, by including "Parody," "Fan Account," or "Not Affiliated" in the account name or description). Failure to clearly label such accounts constitutes impersonation.

• 1. User Impersonation

Impersonating another User or Creator on the Platform is prohibited. You shall not create accounts, post content, or send messages that falsely represent your identity as another user of the Platform.

• 1. Fraud and Scams

Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive conduct directed at other users is prohibited. This includes, without limitation:

• • 1. fake giveaways, contests, or promotions designed to deceive users;
    2. pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, multi-level marketing schemes, or other fraudulent investment opportunities;
    3. phishing attempts to obtain other users' login credentials, financial information, or personal data; and
    4. any scheme designed to defraud users of money, reward points, or other value.
  1. Stalking and Unwanted Surveillance

Engaging in stalking behavior or unwanted surveillance of other users is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, tracking another user's activity across the Platform, monitoring their interactions, compiling information about their real-world identity, or using the Platform to facilitate real-world stalking.

• 1. Threats of Violence

Making threats of violence, whether direct or implied, against any individual or group is prohibited. This includes threats conditioned on future events, veiled threats, and threats communicated through imagery, symbols, or coded language.

• 1. Sexual Harassment

Unwanted sexual conduct directed at other users is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, sending unsolicited sexual content, making unwanted sexual advances or comments, persisting in sexual communication after being asked to stop, and sharing or threatening to share intimate communications without consent.

• 1. Manipulation of Vulnerable Users

Exploiting the trust, emotions, or vulnerabilities of other users for financial gain or personal advantage is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, manipulating users into making purchases, sending payments, or providing personal information through emotional exploitation, false pretenses, or psychological pressure tactics.

• 1. Coordinated Inauthentic Behavior

Operating or participating in organized campaigns to manipulate Platform discourse, deceive users, or artificially amplify content is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, operating networks of fake accounts, coordinating brigading or mass-reporting campaigns, and participating in organized efforts to suppress or promote content through deceptive means.

1. Platform Misuse
   1. You shall not engage in any of the conduct described in this Section 4 when using the Platform.
   2. Fake Engagement

Purchasing, selling, or exchanging likes, follows, views, comments, subscribers, or any other form of engagement metric is prohibited. Using services, software, or other methods to artificially inflate engagement metrics is also prohibited.

• 1. Bots and Automated Accounts

Operating bots, automated accounts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform is prohibited without the express prior written consent of Celebrity Response. This includes automated posting, messaging, following, liking, commenting, and any other automated interaction with the Platform or its users.

• 1. Credit and Rewards System Exploitation

Exploiting or manipulating the Celebrity Response rewards system (celebrity-specific points) or Credit system is prohibited. This includes, without limitation:

• • 1. creating multiple accounts to earn or accumulate celebrity reward points;
    2. using bots or automated tools to farm celebrity reward points;
    3. engaging in coordinated point manipulation schemes with other users;
    4. exploiting technical errors or glitches to earn undeserved celebrity reward points or Credits;
    5. purchasing Credits through fraudulent payment methods, chargebacks, or stolen financial instruments;
    6. exploiting Credit pricing discrepancies, promotional Credit offers, or referral programs through fraudulent or deceptive means;
    7. transferring or attempting to transfer Credits between accounts in any unauthorized manner; and
    8. any other conduct intended to abuse the rewards system or Credit system as described in the Terms of Service.
    9. creating multiple accounts to earn or accumulate celebrity reward points;
    10. using bots or automated tools to farm celebrity reward points;
    11. engaging in coordinated point manipulation schemes with other users;
    12. exploiting technical errors or glitches to earn undeserved celebrity reward points or Credits;
    13. purchasing Credits through fraudulent payment methods, chargebacks, or stolen financial instruments;
  1. Data Scraping

Accessing, collecting, scraping, harvesting, or otherwise extracting data from the Platform by automated means, including user profiles, content, metadata, or other Platform data, is prohibited without the express prior written consent of Celebrity Response. This applies regardless of the technology used and includes use of web scrapers, crawlers, bots, browser extensions, APIs (whether authorized or unauthorized), and any other automated data collection method.

• 1. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

Sending bulk, unsolicited, or repetitive messages, comments, or other communications to users of the Platform is prohibited. This includes promotional content, advertisements, solicitations, and chain messages, whether sent through the Platform's messaging features, comments, or other communication tools.

• 1. Circumventing Platform Restrictions

Attempting to circumvent or evade enforcement actions taken by Celebrity Response is prohibited. This includes, without limitation:

• • 1. creating new accounts after an existing account has been suspended or terminated (ban evasion);
    2. using alternate accounts to access features or areas of the Platform from which you have been restricted;
    3. using technical means to bypass content filters, restrictions, or other enforcement measures; and
    4. assisting other users in evading enforcement actions.
  1. Unauthorized Access and Reverse Engineering

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, its systems, servers, or networks is prohibited. You shall not:

• • 1. attempt to access areas of the Platform that are not intended for public access;
    2. probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any associated system or network;
    3. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform;
    4. access or use the Platform's application programming interface (API) in any unauthorized manner; or
    5. interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Platform or the networks or services connected to the Platform.
  1. Algorithm Manipulation

Attempting to manipulate search results, trending topics, recommendation algorithms, or other Platform features designed to organize, surface, or rank content is prohibited. This includes using deceptive tactics such as keyword stuffing, misleading tags, and coordinated engagement to artificially boost content visibility.

1. Creator-Specific Obligations
   1. In addition to all other provisions of this Policy, Creators who monetize content or services on the Platform shall comply with the obligations set forth in this Section 5.
   2. Honest Marketing and Solicitation

Creators shall not use misleading, deceptive, or manipulative tactics to solicit subscriptions, paid messages, personalized experiences, or other paid interactions. All descriptions of paid content, services, and experiences must accurately reflect what will be delivered.

• 1. Delivery of Paid Content and Interactions

Creators shall deliver all paid content and interactions as described at the time of purchase. Failure to deliver content or services as described, or delivering content or services that materially differ from what was described, constitutes a violation of this Policy.

• 1. Fair Deal Practices

Creators shall not engage in deceptive Deal practices. This includes, without limitation, accepting Deal requests with no intention of fulfilling them, repeatedly cancelling confirmed Deals without legitimate cause, and misrepresenting availability, pricing, or the nature of bookable services.

• 1. No Off-Platform Exploitation

Creators shall not exploit fan relationships established on the Platform for personal gain outside of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, directing users to competing platforms to avoid Platform fees, soliciting direct payments outside the Platform for services that should be transacted through the Platform, and using fan contact information obtained through the Platform for unauthorized purposes.

• 1. Compliance with All Platform Rules

Creators are subject to all provisions of this Policy and the Terms of Service. Creator status does not confer any exemption from content standards, conduct rules, or other requirements applicable to all users. Violations by Creators may result in enhanced enforcement actions, including loss of monetization privileges.

1. Enforcement
   1. Celebrity Response may take action against any account or content that violates this Policy, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
   2. Enforcement actions that Celebrity Response may take include, without limitation:
      1. removal or restriction of specific content;
      2. issuance of a warning to the account holder;
      3. temporary suspension of the account or specific account features (including monetization privileges for Creators);
      4. permanent termination of the account;
      5. restriction of access to specific Platform features;
      6. forfeiture of accrued reward points;
      7. withholding or clawback of Creator earnings associated with violating content or conduct; and
      8. any combination of the foregoing actions.
   3. Celebrity Response is under no obligation to follow a graduated enforcement process. Severe violations, including without limitation violations of Sections 2.8 (Violence, Terrorism, and Extremism), 2.9 (Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery), 2.10 (Child Safety), 3.2 (Celebrity and Public Figure Impersonation), and 3.6 (Threats of Violence), may result in immediate permanent termination without prior warning.
   4. Celebrity Response reserves the right to report violations of this Policy to applicable law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other relevant third parties where it reasonably believes a violation involves criminal conduct, an imminent threat to safety, or the exploitation of minors.
   5. Celebrity Response shall not be liable to you or any third party for any enforcement action taken in good faith pursuant to this Policy, including without limitation the removal of content, the suspension or termination of accounts, or the forfeiture of reward points or Creator earnings.
   6. Enforcement decisions made by Celebrity Response are final. Celebrity Response is not obligated to provide reasons for its enforcement decisions, though it may choose to do so at its discretion.
   7. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting Celebrity Response at info@celebrityresponse.app. Appeals must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the enforcement action. Celebrity Response will review appeals in good faith but is not obligated to reverse any enforcement decision. Celebrity Response's determination on appeal is final.

1. Reporting Violations
   1. If you become aware of content or conduct that violates this Policy, you are encouraged to report it promptly. You may report violations by:
      1. using the reporting tools available within the Platform;
      2. contacting Celebrity Response at info@celebrityresponse.app; or
      3. for copyright infringement claims, following the DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure described in Section 8 of the Terms of Service.
   2. When reporting a violation, please provide as much detail as possible, including the username of the account involved, a description of the violation, links to the content at issue, and any screenshots or other evidence.
   3. Celebrity Response takes all reports seriously and will review reported content and conduct in accordance with this Policy. However, Celebrity Response does not guarantee that it will take action on every report, and it retains sole discretion over all enforcement decisions.
   4. You shall not submit false or malicious reports. Abuse of the reporting system, including submitting reports in bad faith or as a means of harassment, is itself a violation of this Policy.
